Armenian International Women’s Association

The Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA) is a global non-profit organization headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts. Founded in 1990 by three dynamic women in Boston, its central purpose is to connect, inspire, and empower women of Armenian descent worldwide. Entirely independent of political or religious affiliations, the association focuses on economic empowerment, social advancement, and gender equity. Through robust international scholarship programs, NextGen mentorship initiatives, business networking events, and global conferences, AIWA equips Armenian women to become visible, influential leaders within their professional industries and local communities.
