Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Independent Adult Chapters
The Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Independent Adult Chapters are the local foundational units of the global, non-sectarian ARS philanthropic network founded in 1910. Operating regionally—such as through the ARS of Eastern USA which manages over 35 active chapters—their central purpose is to advance humanitarian aid, social services, and cultural preservation. On a grass-roots level, adult members volunteer to run local Armenian Saturday schools, coordinate blood drives, provide disaster relief, and fund vital international medical and orphan initiatives to sustain the Armenian diaspora.
