Friends of Armenian Culture Society

The Friends of Armenian Culture Society (FACS) is a prominent non-profit organization established in 1963 and based out of the Belmont and Greater Boston area. Its core purpose is to enrich, preserve, and promote Armenian cultural heritage by sponsoring artists, showcasing premier musical performances, and spreading international awareness of Armenian composers. FACS is widely recognized for organizing major milestone events—most notably its celebrated annual “Armenian Night at the Pops” at Boston Symphony Hall—which provides critical exposure for emerging talent and bridges the local diaspora with classical music traditions.
