Saints Vartanantz Armenian Church
The Saints Vartanantz Armenian Church is a historic parish of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Originally consecrated in 1916 in downtown Lowell, the church relocated to its current campus in 1978 and was intentionally designed to resemble the historic, medieval Cathedral of Ani in Armenia, earning it the nickname “Little Ani”. Its core purpose is to preserve and preach the ancient Orthodox faith and sacraments while anchoring the cultural life of the Merrimack Valley diaspora through youth ministries, language preservation, and popular traditions like its long-running annual food festival.
